De Girolamo Michele works on electrical and electromagnetic methods. After graduating in Geological and Geophysical Sciences (LM-79) at the University of Bari in 2020, he got a scholarship at CNR IMMA in Tito Scalo (PZ) during which he dealt with the installation, maintenance and management of a magnetotelluric monitoring network. He is currently a research fellow at INGV (Rome2 Section) whitin the frame of the project "magnetotelluric surveys and related data analysis for the realisation of a large-scale resistivity model for central Italy", in which he is directly involved in the elaboration of magnetotelluric measurements for Space Weather (Task 5).
